OUTsurance aired a TVC to promote its new ‘pause and play’ feature for its funeral plans. The feature gives clients the ability to pause their cover and premiums for up to three months. Cover is reinstated when payments resume, with no waiting periods. In addition, people can now also enquire about OUTsurance funeral plans at a Shoprite, Checkers or USave Money Market counters.
