eBucks, FNB’s loyalty program, is introducing new features on 01 August 2023. Currently, over 3 million people actively use eBucks, with an average spend-to-earn ratio of 95% over the last five years. In 2022, FNB expanded its program to allow its entry market customers to qualify for eBucks. Some of the rewards offered with the new changes include increased shopping vouchers, data, voice minutes and SMSs for Easy PayU and Smart account holders (for those earning up to R180 000 pa). Easy Aspire customers (for those earning between R84 000 and R450 000 pa) can earn R150 back in eBucks on fuel at Engen and a R1 500 Superbalist reward per annum by meeting specific spending and savings criteria. These changes aim to enhance the rewards and benefits for FNB account holders participating in the eBucks program.
