The bank excelled among 11 major banks in the country, achieving the highest satisfaction score of delight, as well as outperforming industry averages in other areas, including disruptive banking (17.3% higher), benefits and rewards (21.7% higher), customer-centric values (20.3% higher) and family recognition (16.8% higher).
