Capitec leads in offering non-traditional banking services, addressing the under-indexed platform category. With a focus on enhancing customer experience, FNB, Standard Bank and Absa lead in seamless online product purchases. Nedbank emerged as the overall industry leader in digital capabilities. Standard Bank takes the lead in day-to-day banking, emphasizing the importance of consumer experience in most banking interactions. Furthermore, simplicity in digital banking apps and innovations in the payment space remain areas for improvement.
