The South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SACCI), in collaboration with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission, the Chartered Institute for Business Accountants (CIBA) and Unisa’s Inhlanyelo Hub has introduced the SME Launch initiative to support local SMEs. The initiative aims to improve SME success rates by providing essential training, tools, guidance and compliance support. CIBA stated that the collaboration has the potential to create lasting economic benefits and potentially create 6 000 new jobs monthly.
