In the latest SITEisfaction survey from Human8, FNB has been ranked as the best digital bank in South Africa, securing the top spot in both mobile and internet banking. The survey assesses customer satisfaction with digital banking services, considering factors such as usage, security, trust and brand perceptions. FNB received a SITEisfaction score of 73.94, leading in both the internet and mobile banking categories. Nedbank and TymeBank secured the second and third positions, respectively, in the overall ranking. FNB’s strong performance is attributed to factors like trust, while other banks, such as Capitec and TymeBank, excel in ease of use and communication.
